As A Senior (2011-2012)

  • Closed his career with a streak of 12 straight games with at least 19 points, including six double-doubles and a 26-point, 14-rebound, eight-block   effort in the A-10 Final, en route to Most Outstanding Player honors.
  • Named Atlantic 10 Player of the Year Mar. 4, becoming the first Bonaventure player to win it since Earl Belcher did it in 1980 and 1981. He became the seventh player in A-10 history to win both the conference’s Rookie of the Year and Player of the Year awards.
  • Earned AP All-American, First Team All-Conference and All-Defensive Team honors
  • Scored 2,000th career point while being fouled in the second half against La Salle. He completed the three-point play with a free throw.
  • Became first player in A-10 history to win four consecutive conference Player of the Week awards after scoring 32 points and 14 rebounds – hitting several crucial three-pointers – to lift the Bonnies over Saint Joseph’s in a double-overtime epic (Feb. 29)
  • Earned third straight A-10 Player of the Week award after averaging 27.5 points and 10 rebounds per game against Fordham and Charlotte. 
  • Scored 30 points and nine rebounds against Charlotte (Feb. 25)
  • Recorded 32 points and 13 rebounds in a Senior Day victory over Rhode Island (Feb. 18)
  • 30-point, 13-rebound, six-assist performance against Dayton (Jan. 11) was the third 30/10/5 game in the past two seasons, and the first to happen in the A-10 since 2008. The performance was enough to land Nicholson A-10 Player of the Week honors.

Named to the Toronto Star Fab Five team in back-to-back seasons (2007 & 08) ... named MVP of five different tournaments over two-year career ... as a senior, averaged 18 points, 13 rebounds and six blocks per game ... coached Ray Kulig, led Father Michael Goetz to its second consecutive 38-win season ... named the MVP of the Sheridan College Cup and Burlington Classic in 2007-08 ... scored a season-high 27 points and added 11 rebounds against Eastern Commerce ... as a junior, led Father Michael Goetz to a 38-4 record, a Peel Region Senior Championship and a berth in the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations Quad-A playoffs ... averaged 17 points, 14 rebounds and two steals en route to being honored by the Toronto Star ... earned MVP status at three tournaments, including the Pearson Invitational where he scored 22 points and had 17 rebounds during a victory in the championship game.
